Crust breaking function
|
Product can have the tendency to form into a thick crust above the Segment. For example, when a regular dome shaped "segment" opens through a thick crust that has formed on it surface. This dome shape can remain in the product, which prevents the discharge of product.
In this situation it could be useful to make use of a flat Segment instead of the ball shaped segment. This will break the crust while opening and will allow the product to discharge without having to break the crust manually.
