"Clean In Place": Cleaning (CIP) the valve internally
with one or multiple spray nozzles. The SBV can be
delivered with a number of CIP nozzles integrated in to the valves body.
The advantage is that the internals of the valve can be
cleaned without disassembling the valve from the system.
The CIP nozzles vary from stationary spray nozzles up to
retractable spray lances with rotary spray balls.

With a CIP system installed, the valve complies with the
highest GMP-standards. Depending on the product the
customer can decide the number of CIP nozzles required.
The valve can also be delivered with blind flanges that are
flush with the inside of the valve (“dead space” free).
These blind flanges can be exchanged with CIP flanges for
future applications.
